1.1 Service Scheduling and Changes

Clients may request to reschedule a service at least 48 hours before the appointment. Reschedules are permitted once per service at no charge. Additional changes may incur fees as specified in the proposal.

1.2 No-Refund Services

The Priority Implementation Service is allocated immediately upon confirmation. Due to the instant commitment of resources and personnel, this service is non-refundable once booked.

2. Information Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and training modules designed to support your planning objectives. Access is granted promptly after purchase.

3. Goods

Our physical materials, including manuals and printed guides, are shipped via standard carriers. Delivery times vary by location.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Full refunds are available if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. If service was partially delivered, a prorated amount will be refunded based on completed hours.

4.2 Information Products

Clients may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the digital product has been accessed but not fully utilized. To initiate, submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

4.3 Goods

Clients may send items back within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Clients cover shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the shipment, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Custom printed materials are not eligible for this process due to personalization.

5. Rescheduling and Transfer

Services may be rescheduled once without additional cost if requested at least 48 hours prior. Transfers of engagement to another party require written approval and may be subject to administrative fees.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Notices will be posted on Domain FinallPath.com. Continued use of our site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
